Remove the Existing cable connected from your Serial
Device to the Computer at Computer End.
• Connect the Serial Device to the
ISO 232
9 Pin Male D-Type connector marked
Device using the removed cable as per Step 1.
• Connect the Computer to the
ISO 232
9 Pin Female D-Type connector marked
Computer using 9 Pin Male to 9 Pin Female cable
supplied along with this unit.
• Connect the 4 Pin connecter of the supplied Power
Adapter to ISO 232 .
• Connect the supplied Power Adapter to any
230V AC Electrical Socket.
• Power ON the unit and check whether both the POWER
indications are ON.
• You can now use and communicate between the
Computer and your Serial device as you may have been
using earlier without any change.
• There are no physical setting required in ISO 232
for operation.
• The unit can operate at
all Serial Speeds up to 115 K, Data bits, Parity and Stop
Bits. |
